Idukki is looking for a talented individual to lead the recruitment and activation of agency partners for their program. The role includes building and managing a tiered partner program, certification processes, and co-marketing initiatives with top agencies like Shopify Plus and BigCommerce.

Recruit + activate the agency partner program. Co-marketing with Shopify Plus, BigCommerce and 50+ regional agencies.

Agencies should be 15% of new ARR by Q4. Build the program: tiering, certification, co-marketing, deal-reg, the quarterly summit. Reports to the VP Sales.

What you'll do

• Recruit + onboard 50+ agency partners in year one
• Run the certification program (live training, exam, badge)
• Build the agency portal + deal-registration flow with engineering
• Host the quarterly Idukki Agency Summit (London + NYC alternating)
• Co-marketing, webinar series, joint case studies, conference co-sponsorship

What you'll need

• 6+ years building agency partner programs at a SaaS company
• Has owned a partner-attributed-ARR target
