About the Role:
As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our partner channel. You’ll identify, onboard, and grow relationships with key partners—unlocking new revenue streams and helping scale our impact. This is a highly visible role reporting to our Global Head of Sales and working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Identify and recruit strategic partners aligned with our growth goals
Build and execute partnership strategies that generate partner-sourced pipeline and ACV
Develop co-selling and referral programs with clear performance targets
Lead QBRs and maintain regular communication to deepen relationships
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support partner enablement
Track key metrics (deal volume, revenue, referrals, QBRs) and report on ROI
Represent us at events, trade shows, and industry forums
What We're Looking For:
3–6+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related roles
Experience in SaaS, services, sales outsourcing, or demand generation preferred
Proven track record of revenue contribution through partners
Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker
Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across departments
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
