Prosper AI in New York is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to govern partnerships with EHR/PM vendors, PE-backed providers, MSOs, RCM players and channel partners. You’ll define the partnership strategy, identify priority collaborators, negotiate commercial agreements, and build a scalable engine for pipeline and revenue.
You'll move fluidly between high‑level portfolio negotiations and hands‑on integration scoping with product and engineering, leadership, and customer teams.

We\'re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to manage partnerships at Prosper.
Own Partnerships with EHR and practice management vendors, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, MSOs, RCM providers, and channel partners are one of our most important growth levers, and today the motion is yours to define.You\'ll operate as Prosper\'s expert on the healthcare partner ecosystem: identifying and prioritizing strategic partners, navigating marketplace and integration processes, negotiating commercial agreements, and turning relationships into a repeatable engine for pipeline and distribution.
This is not a traditional partnerships role.
You\'ll operate as a hybrid of strategic operator, and relationship builder, moving fluidly between negotiating a portfolio-wide agreement one day and accelerating an EHR integration the next, with visibility across leadership, sales, product, engineering, and customer teams.
Build one of the most strategically important functions at Prosper from the ground up. You\'ll work directly with the founders, define the partnerships strategy, and directly influence how the company scales. We\'re looking for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build.
