Job summary

Reading Partners, a national nonprofit, seeks a VISTA to expand literacy partnerships. You will research potential partners, build pipelines, conduct market analyses, and create onboarding and coordination resources to scale the model.

You will collaborate with Reading Partners staff and community partners, advancing national growth and sustaining program impact in education and community development.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with market research or partnership development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partner organizations (schools, libraries, nonprofits, municipalities, community groups).
• Build a national partnership pipeline and tracking tools.
• Conduct landscape analyses of priority markets and literacy needs.
• Develop market profiles to inform expansion decisions.
• Create standardized onboarding, communication, and coordination resources for partners.
• Develop tools to support model fidelity and sustainability.
• Research professional development and caregiver engagement approaches and create scalable resources.
• Document lessons learned and track expansion; make recommendations for growth.
