• Experience developing training materials or facilitating groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and document family engagement practices.
• Develop scalable family engagement framework and planning tools.
• Co-create a family learning series with workshops and facilitator guides.
• Curate educational resources and build a centralized family resource repository.
• Develop parent leadership and train-the-trainer model.
• Create surveys and data collection systems to evaluate efforts.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a family engagement toolkit and implementation guide.
