We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in scaling our U.S. business. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Partnerships, you will own day-to-day relationships with key partners while contributing to broader market growth.
You’ll operate at the intersection of partnerships, operations and commercial strategy, managing execution while identifying opportunities to drive performance and partner value.
As part of a high-performing global partnerships team of 18 spanning five international offices, you’ll collaborate closely with a growing team of U.S. colleagues and international cross-functional teams across marketing, tech, and finance. You’ll help deliver a seamless partner experience while supporting the continued expansion of MWS in the U.S.
You’re a commercially minded partnership manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You understand the sports landscape and know how to translate partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
You’re comfortable working across teams and time zones, owning relationships end-to-end and balancing attention to detail with a strong sense of the bigger picture.

Based in Dallas (or willing to relocate) and open to an office-based role.
5-8 years of working experience in a sports commercial or partnerships role (rights holder, property, brand, or agency).
Degree in Sports Management, Marketing or another related field.
