About you

As a Creative Product Videographer / Photographer you’ll be part of our brand-new office in Dallas, the epicenter of our expansion into the US. You will join our creative team to capture our unique match-worn shirts in the best possible way—both in photo and video. You’re hands‑on, curious, and comfortable working across the full production process: filming, photographing, and editing. Based in our Dallas studio, you’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality visuals that excite sports fans all over the world. This is a dynamic role for a visual talent who lives and breathes sports.

Your role and responsibilities include:

• Studio Production: Create high‑quality product photos and videos of match‑worn shirts in our studio in Dallas.
• Visual Consistency: Ensure a consistent visual style, including lighting, color correction, and composition.
• Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with the creative team on ideas for new visual content and support the marketing team with video editing for social media.
• Standout Content Creation: Film, photograph, and edit content for social media, our website, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• End‑to‑End Execution: Work across the entire workflow, from the initial idea and shoot to the final edit and delivery.
• Studio Optimization: Build, maintain, and optimize our studio setup, including lighting, camera configurations, and backgrounds.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3 years of experience in video editing.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with studio lighting, camera setups, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; experience animating in After Effects is a nice to have.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high‑quality visual content.
• Work Ethic: A structured and detail‑oriented working style, with a mindset for improving efficiency and quality.
• Availability: Full‑time availability and the ability to work on‑site in Dallas on a daily basis.
• Legal Standing: A valid US passport or valid working rights for the United States.
• Technical Mastery: Strong skills in shooting and editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Studio experience: Shooting creative product content photo and videography is preferred.
• Creative Passion: A genuine interest in product video and photography.
• Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Sports Affinity: A passion for sports, especially soccer and basketball.
