Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional and Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our Fort Wayne office. The attorney will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, formation, contracts, and succession planning, with partnership-track opportunities for strong performers.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., Indiana license, at least five years of M&A experience, and demonstrated ability to manage complex deals, perform due diligence, and provide strategic guidance across

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Indiana.
• Minimum five years of corporate transactions and M&A experience.
• Experience managing sophisticated business transactions.
• Outstanding legal research and analytical abilities.
• Strong writing and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent stakeholders in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction closings.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and succession planning.
• Advise clients on day-to-day business matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas for solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.
