Australia-Employment is seeking a Litigation Attorney (Partner or Partnership Track) to join our Capital Region team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This on-site, permanent role offers a path to partnership for a candidate with substantial experience in insurance defense, environmental litigation, and complex discovery.

You will lead strategy, manage all phases of litigation, and collaborate with seasoned litigators to deliver high-stakes results.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in NY and in good standing.
• 3–10 years of experience in litigation; portable book of business not required but considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and leadership in various litigation matters, including environmental law and infectious diseases.
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, heavy discovery, court appearances, and complex motion practice.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Represent the firm in court, presenting facts, arguing cases, and advocating for clients.”
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary information and evidence for each case.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
• Stay updated with current legislation, court decisions, and other legal developments that may impact clients.
