Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of general litigation experience with substantial involvement in all phases of litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and strong motion-writing skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload from intake through trial preparation independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct heavy deposition and motion practice.
• Participate in high-stakes casualty and mass tort matters.
• Build and maintain client and referral relationships.
