Candidates should have at least five years of progressively responsible experience handling employment lawsuits, including taking depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and representing clients at mediations. This position offers excellent mentoring, trial experience, and the opportunity to become a partner. Salary and benefits are commensurate with relevant experience.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in litigation, especially employment lawsuits.
• Ability to take and defend depositions.
• Experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Responsabilidades

• Prosecute or defend employment lawsuit cases.
• Represent clients at mediations and settlement conferences.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior attorneys.
