Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager - Partnership Tax (National Tax) to lead complex federal tax issues within the National Tax Office. You will serve as a technical resource to engagement teams and clients across the firm, advising on mergers, restructurings, international considerations and partnership tax strategies.

Qualifications

• Research federal income tax issues and provide technical advice.
• Draft memoranda, tax analyses, and opinion-related work products.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and related transactions.
• Develop and deliver training for partnership tax capabilities across the firm.

Responsabilités

• Research federal income tax issues and provide technical advice to engagement teams and clients.
• Prepare technical memoranda, tax analyses, opinion support, and other written work products addressing complex tax issues.
• Assist with the analysis of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, financings, internal restructurings, and other partnership-related transactions.
• Develop and deliver technical training, webinars, and other educational programs to share knowledge and enhance partnership tax capabilities across the firm.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments affecting partnership taxation and communicate implications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the development of standardized tools, templates, models and other similar partnership materials.
