Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager - Partnership Tax (National Tax) to join its National Tax Office and lead complex federal partnership tax matters for clients across the firm.

You will research issues, prepare technical memoranda, and deliver training to engagement teams, while collaborating with senior leaders and other practice groups to share knowledge and ensure high-quality tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA, JD, or EA licensure.
• 4-year degree is required.
• 5 years of professional experience in tax.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in partnership tax and related matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Research federal income tax issues and strategies in partnership taxation.
• Prepare technical memoranda, tax analyses, and other written work.
• Assist analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and other partnership transactions.
• Develop and deliver technical training and webinars for firm-wide knowledge.
• Monitor developments in partnership taxation and communicate implications.
• Support growth of Baker Tilly's partnership consulting practice.
• Collaborate to develop tools, templates, and models for partnership work.
