This role supports the Partnership Practice leadership and drives process improvement while maintaining client relationships.

Expect strong communication, analytical skills, and staff development across research, tax consulting, supervision, and mentorship of associates and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• Master’s Degree in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains in-depth understanding of partnership taxation.
• Identifies issues for research and guides analysis.
• Supervises associates and mentors staff on projects.
