Job summary

JCW Group partnered with a leading asset management firm to seek a Partnership Tax Manager to support tax compliance, reporting and planning across funds and management entities.

The role focuses on U.S. partnership tax compliance, reviewing Form 1065 and Schedule K-1s, coordinating estimates and filings, and ensuring accurate allocations and capital reporting while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of partnership tax experience.
• CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• Experience with Forms 1065 and Schedule K-1.
• Knowledge of Subchapter K and alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the U.S. partnership tax compliance process for investment funds and related entities.
• Review Forms 1065 and investor Schedule K-1s.
• Coordinate quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and annual filings.
• Review partnership allocations and capital account reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, finance, legal, and investor relations.
