The role emphasizes deep technical expertise in Subchapter K, relationship leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration across tax, advisory, and assurance services to drive growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree in Taxation, JD, or related advanced degree preferred.
• Significant public accounting experience with extensive expertise in partnership taxation and Subchapter K planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted relationship leader for clients with complex partnership tax needs.
• Advise PE-backed portfolio companies, operating partnerships, and middle‑market businesses on partnership structuring and allocations.
• Lead delivery and review of federal and multi-state tax compliance, planning and consulting engagements with complex partnership structures.
• Partner with PE sponsors, management teams, and owners to develop tax-efficient growth strategies.
• Mentor tax professionals and contribute to a high-performing client service culture.
• Expand Dallas market presence through networking, thought leadership, and business development.
