NoGigiddy is seeking a Partnership Outreach Coordinator to identify and cultivate brand, platform, and creator partnerships from a remote-first setup. You’ll map opportunities, run outbound outreach, and manage a robust outreach pipeline while collaborating with senior team members on intro calls and pitches.

The role emphasizes strong written communication, persistence in follow-up, and comfort with CRM tools to track deals and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed
