NoGigiddy is seeking a Partnerships Outreach Coordinator to identify and cultivate relationships with brands, platforms, and creators aligned with our mission. The role emphasizes strong written communication, persistence, and CRM proficiency, with no degree required and a fully remote setup.

You will research opportunities, conduct outbound outreach, maintain a pipeline, and coordinate initial calls and pitches for senior team members, while tracking metrics and documenting progress in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
• Organized and persistent — follow‑up is where deals get made
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed
