Job summary

Grant Associates in New York is seeking a results-driven professional to grow corporate partnerships and drive business development across healthcare, finance, IT, and design sectors. You will manage a book of business, hit outreach goals, and present to diverse stakeholders using CRM tools.

Two years of relevant experience is required; strong relationship and communication skills are essential. Willingness to travel within New York City supports our growth strategy and client service excellence.

Job Description
  • Proven success in corporate partnership development, employer engagement, or business development.
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare, business & finance, construction & engineering, information technology, and media & design fields.
  • At least two years prior experience in partnership and/or business development with a demonstrated book of business whom you can immediately engage.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting outreach and engagement goals.
  • Experience in workforce development, career-connected learning, or youth programs (Preferred).
  • Ability to take initiative and achieve goals with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable leading presentations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work within a results-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with New York Citys education landscape (Preferred).
  • Willingness to travel to sites across New York City.
