Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit or education customer service environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the partnership customer service lifecycle from pre- to post-program.
• Coordinate enrollment events and partner planning meetings with staff.
• Maintain CRM records, course information, and partner communications.
• Reconcile invoices and support program revenue and reporting.
• Prepare post-program debriefs and disseminate impact materials.
