Job summary

Voyageur Outward Bound School (VOBS) seeks a Twin Cities Center Program Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead program operations and deliver high-quality experiential education. The role emphasizes safety, inclusion and collaboration with internal teams, partners and communities served by the Twin Cities Center.

The TCPM will oversee day and expedition programs, supervise field staff, develop curriculum, and coordinate with the Twin Cities Program Director to ensure instructional excellence and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in outdoor/experiential education or related field.
• Current Water Safety or Swift Water Rescue certification and Wilderness First Responder or ability to obtain on hire.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, weekends and travel as needed.
• Strong ability to supervise, mentor staff and coordinate operations across multiple program types.

Responsibilities

• Manage program operations for the Twin Cities Center to deliver safe, inclusive programming.
• Coordinate pre/post program logistics, evaluations and wrap-ups with staff and partners.
• Serve as Course Director for all program types and design curricula per partner needs.
• Oversee enrollment, partner relationships and communication to achieve program goals.
