Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and networking skills.
• Experience turning realtor relationships into loan closures.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage realtor partnerships to generate loan closures.
• Maintain monthly outreach with partner agents and provide performance reports.
• Explain loan products including DSCR financing and investment property options.
