Job summary

HSE invites applications for a Coordinator of Partnership Activation with the Greensboro Swarm. The role supports activation of partnership terms, fulfillment, research, and sales reporting to drive revenue and renewals.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to exceed contractual obligations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in marketing, sales, events, or client retention, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/KORE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Management, Events or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, events, and/or client retention
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work with CRM/KORE software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in activating partnership contract terms and grow relationships with assigned accounts
• Collaborate with sales team to help reach revenue goals
• Prepare mid-year and year-end recaps
• Maintain corporate partnership inventory
• Generate and maintain prospect folders and research potential prospects
• Support sales events and fulfillment elements related to partnerships
• Assist with game day logistics and client meetings
