Job summary

Sacramento State is seeking a Corporate Partnership Administrative Trainee to provide administrative and project coordination support for Student Affairs’ partnerships and philanthropic initiatives. You will collaborate with campus partners to track agreements, sponsorships, activation timelines, and events.

The role develops knowledge in donor stewardship, external engagement, and higher education philanthropy while supporting partnerships with corporate and community partners.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with systems for tracking partnerships and sponsorships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor for campus partners and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, scheduling, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partnership activation activities by tracking deliverables and schedules.
• Prepare annual partnership recaps, donor stewardship reports, and impact summaries.
• Support meetings, events, and communications demonstrating philanthropic outcomes.
