We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Partners Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team!

What will you be doing?

1. Perform compliance reviews on partner websites.
2. Manage communication with internal departments regarding changes needed on partner sites to comply with eToro policies.
3. Oversee partner monitoring and update partner accounts.
4. Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure adherence to CySEC, FCA, ASIC requirements.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders; maintain accurate task records.
6. Evaluate the adequacy of existing system controls, report deficiencies, and recommend improvements to systems and operations.

Requirements

• Experience with partner processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AML and compliance principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Advantage).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented team player capable of working independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the global online marketing industry.
• Knowledge of online traffic and websites.
