Partner GP and urgent care role in Westlake Village, CA, with equity of 50%+ and no buy-in. This is a rare partner track opportunity for a veterinarian ready to build something of their own. An established veterinary group is opening a brand-new small animal hospital in Westlake Village, CA. The space is being rebuilt from the ground up as a general practice and urgent care hybrid, with a target opening in mid-January. You would be the founding and initially sole doctor, shaping medical standards, culture, and client experience from day one. This is not a standard nine-to-five GP associate role. The ownership group is looking for a true partner, offering a guaranteed base salary up to $250,000 per year alongside meaningful equity, with no cash buy-in required. Equity of over 50 percent is on the table for the right candidate, with the exact structure tailored to experience and fit. The clinical model blends wellness and preventive care with a strong urgent and emergent caseload, so comfort managing emergent cases is essential. You will work closely with an experienced business manager and ownership group who want your input on hiring, protocols, and how the practice is run day-to-day. Hours are still being finalized.
