Your Role as Partner DVM

As the medical and cultural leader of a CatsOnly hospital, you will:

• Shape the future of feline care by collaborating on protocols, workflows, and standards that reflect the most compassionate, thoughtful, and evidence-based practices in feline medicine.
• Champion the CatsOnly Care Journey, ensuring every patient experience reflects our reverence for the Cat and commitment to their Caregivers.
• Lead and inspire your team through servant leadership, mentoring associates and support staff, building trust, and fostering a culture of appreciation, accountability, and growth.
• Work in partnership with business leadership, contributing to staffing, budgeting, and goal setting with transparency and shared purpose.

What You Bring

• A DVM or VMD degree and active veterinary license in good standing.
