Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings.
• Manage written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategies.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and exhibits for trials/hearings.
• Lead or actively participate in mediations and trials; mentor junior attorneys.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to drive case strategy.
