Job summary

Dialpad in Austin, TX is seeking a Partner Technical Delivery Engineer to lead hands-on workshops and lab environments for our global partner network. You will design and deliver training programs, certify partners on CDP 2.0 tracks, and drive the pipeline from a trained partner base across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.

The role combines technical depth with teaching, requiring strong project management, executive communication, and travel ~50% to run multi-city events and labs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
• Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
• Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification.
• Excellent project management and multi-city event coordination.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present to partner leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for in-person events across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
• Coordinate workshop staffing and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
• Manage marketing launch coordination and drive partner attendance and registration.
• Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities.
• Develop comprehensive lab guides with SMEs for all product families.
• Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments used in live training.
• Create and maintain technical playbooks for each product family.
• Own LMS content within Docebo and keep materials current with product releases.
• Deliver capstone certification grading and bi-annual recertification.
• Validate new product introductions and coordinate content with SE teams.
• Measure ROI and training impact; report results to leadership.
• Support the goal of 100% Strategic Partner certification by Q2 FY27 and 50 Agentic-certified partners by year-end.

Partner Technical Delivery Engineer – Channel Sales (Austin, US)

This role is part of Dialpad’s Channel Programs team, the engine behind our global partner ecosystem. The Partner Technical Engineer owns the technical enablement experience for Dialpad’s partner network: designing and delivering hands‑on workshops, building lab environments, certifying partners on our latest products, and driving the pipeline from a well‑trained partner base.

The position is high‑visibility, high‑impact, and sits at the intersection of technical depth and teaching. You will work closely with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams to translate Dialpad’s product roadmap into partner‑ready training programs—including CDP 2.0 certification tracks, Agentic AI bootcamps, Global Lunch & Learns, and Global Summits.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.

• Manage marketing launch coordination and drive channel‑driven attendance and registration for every event.

• Set up and maintain hands‑on lab environments used in live training events.
• Create and maintain technical playbooks for each product family (Connect, CX, Agentic AI, Managed Services).
• Own technical LMS content within Docebo, keeping certification material current with product releases.
• Deliver capstone certification grading and validation across all four CDP 2.0 tracks, plus bi‑annual recertification.
• Validate new product introductions (NPI) and coordinate content updates with SE teams.
• Instrument event‑to‑pipeline attribution: measure ROI and training effectiveness per event and report results to leadership.
• Support the goal of 100 % Strategic Partner certification by the end of Q2 FY27 and 50 Agentic‑certified partners by year‑end.

Skills You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in a technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
