Job description

Partner Technical Enablement & Integration Support
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners integrating with VIPMP APIs, fielding questions across sandbox and production environments.
  • Execute and troubleshoot API calls using Postman (or equivalent tooling) to replicate partner issues, perform first‑level triage, and unblock integrations quickly.
  • Own the partner integration lifecycle end‑to‑end—from initial API onboarding through go‑live—ensuring each partner achieves a seamless, high‑quality integration.
  • Create and maintain updated roadmaps, technical runbooks, FAQs, demo videos & reels, and integration guides that reduce time‑to‑value for new and existing partners.
  • Help drive AI powered tools with partners to increase speed to adopt APIs and drive Adobe strategy.
  • Train regional VIPMP rep or digital rep.
Voice of the Partner — Feedback & Intelligence
  • Act as Adobe’s eyes and ears in the partner ecosystem: monitor integration health, surface recurring issues, and identify emerging needs before they become blockers.
  • Translate field observations into actionable requirements and feature requests for the Product and Engineering teams, helping shape the VIPMP roadmap.
  • Track and report on partner adoption metrics, integration velocity, and issue trends to inform leadership decision‑making.
Internal Alignment & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales by translating technical constraints into business language and vice versa.
  • Support the Head of Global VIP Marketplace in preparing for partner events, executive briefings, and cross‑regional alignment sessions.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers on partner enablement materials, training content, and communication rollouts to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Participate in design‑level discussions for key initiatives (e.g., Flex Promo, Mid‑Term Upgrades, HVD Migration, High Growth) to represent the partner integration perspective.
Growth & Scale
  • Drive API feature adoption across the channel by proactively educating partners on new capabilities and best practices.
  • Identify automation and tooling opportunities to reduce manual triage and accelerate partner onboarding at scale.
  • Contribute to a partner health scoring framework that prioritizes intervention for at‑risk integrations.
