About the Role
This is a Partner seat built around a market that is still being claimed. You'll own the senior client relationships across Houston and the broader Texas life sciences base, set technical direction on the accounting matters that decide whether a filing holds up, and carry accountability for growing the practice here.
The firm is a national accounting and finance advisory practice that serves as the alternative to the Big Four for companies who want technical depth without an audit relationship attached. Almost everyone came from Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC. Clients range from venture-backed clinical-stage companies to publicly traded pharma, device, and diagnostics organizations.
Houston has the largest medical complex in the world and a device, diagnostics, and translational biotech scene that has grown up around it, with spillover into Austin and Dallas. It is under-served by firms with genuine life sciences technical accounting depth. If you've built that depth at a Big Four firm and want to be the person clients in this market call first, this is the seat.

Why Join Us
The firm gives senior technical people something the Big Four structurally cannot: ownership of the relationship and a share of what you build. Partners here are the technical authority and the commercial owner at the same time.
Houston is a market where the right Partner can build something that did not exist before. If that's the version of the job you want, this one is worth a conversation.
