The Purpose of the Partner Success Manager

At Zearn, we're on a mission to transform education, and our partnerships with state and district organizations are key to making that happen. The Partner Success Team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our educational solutions and the schools and districts we serve.

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational partners, ensuring the successful implementation of Zearn Math.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead calls, webinars, and demonstrations for school and district administrators.
• Manage ongoing communication with interested administrators to support their education and decision-making process.
• Participate in company-wide events and conferences to share information on Zearn Math.
• Develop tailored plans for supporting school or district partners with their Zearn Math implementation.
• Build collaborative relationships with administrators, coaches, and teachers.
• Conduct data analysis and create presentations to show efficacy and encourage deeper use of Zearn Math.
• Identify and communicate key learnings on resources and products to the Zearn team.

Location

This role is based in South Carolina and you must currently live in South Carolina to be considered for this position.

Travel

This role will require multi-day travel at least 6-8 times a year.

The salary range for this role is commensurate with the market and an individual’s experience.
