How You’ll Make a Difference

You will drive new client acquisition, promote PMI products, and manage existing client accounts through strategic growth initiatives and targeted account plans. You will lead product consumption aligned with the geographic key account business plan and roadmap, support regional business plan development and execution, and strengthen the company's market presence to achieve regional and organizational targets.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, managing complex B2B sales cycles with multinational clients.
  • Over 5 years in process improvement, knowledge sharing, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic account planning.
  • Experience in sales within a growing global organization or similar product environment.
  • Hands-on CRM experience preferred.
  • Proven success in engaging with corporate and government clients.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous, depending on the region.
  • PMI certifications are a plus.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets as an individual contributor.
  • Strong interest in learning about PMI’s products and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation skills suited for senior global audiences, from large stages to intimate roundtables.
  • Technologically savvy, with a passion for digital tools—mobile, analytics, cloud, and context-rich systems.
  • Willingness to become well-versed in project management and PMI’s offerings to build credibility with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, supporting organizational goals with strong organizational and time management skills.
