Qualifications

• Experience in installing home improvement products such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, or baths/showers.
• Craftsmanship and pride in workmanship.
• Effective communication with clients and team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the partnership.
• Must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured.
• Must be incorporated as LLC or a corporation.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Minimum 3+ years of installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Installations and project execution for DaBella clients.
• Coordinate with DaBella for workflow and scheduling.
• Grow your business and crews with DaBella support.
• Handle installations while DaBella manages sales and marketing.
