Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• 6 years of experience coding in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure seamless partner integrations within defined Service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Gather operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements, bug fixes, and feature improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work with Product and Partner Operations Managers to define, prioritize, and launch new features and internal tools.
• Develop technical documentation and developer tools to streamline onboarding, improve product serviceability, and scale operations.
• Perform implementation reviews and analyze partner data to identify, drive, and maximize growth opportunities using Google technologies.
