They seek partner-level attorneys with portable business, ideally $1m+, across Corporate, Commercial Litigation or Real Estate. Compensation includes a base salary from $450k plus bonuses, with leadership roles available and potential for equity on a capable platform.
Qualifications
- Partner-level attorney admitted in New York with a portable practice.
- Established portable practice, ideally $1m+.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial approach to growing a practice.
- Experience across Corporate, Commercial Litigation or Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow practice groups across designated areas.
- Mentor associates and contribute to platform development.
- Engage in cross-selling and strategic investment activities.
