They seek partner-level attorneys with portable business, ideally $1m+, across Corporate, Commercial Litigation or Real Estate. Compensation includes a base salary from $450k plus bonuses, with leadership roles available and potential for equity on a capable platform.

If you’ve built a strong practice but feel your current firm isn’t giving you the platform, investment or strategic support to take it further, this could be worth a conversation.

I’m working with a thriving Am Law 100 firm that is continuing to invest in its New York presence as part of a wider growth strategy.

The firm is in a strong financial position, with no bank debt, year-on-year PPP growth and healthy revenue-per-lawyer growth. More importantly for incoming partners, it has both the appetite and resources to invest behind established practices and help them grow.

There are currently strategic hiring needs across Corporate, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate, with the firm interested in speaking with partners who have portable business and see genuine upside in moving to a stronger platform.

This isn’t simply about bringing across a book of business. The firm takes a long-term approach to lateral partners and is focused on providing the infrastructure, cross‑selling opportunities and wider support needed to protect and grow your practice once you arrive.

There is also genuine scope for leadership. Leadership positions are not restricted to equity partners, with a number of income partners currently chairing practice groups and committees across the firm.
