Job description

We are looking for a strategic and energetic Partner Sales Executive (PSE) to grow and support our Authorized Partner ecosystem (training companies of all sizes, academic institutions, industry associations). This individual will recruit new partners, drive revenue through our instructor-led and self-paced certification programs, and help partners rapidly go to market using tools, content, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard commercial training companies as partners.
  • Drive sales through partners using direct delivery, re-selling, lead sharing, and our co-marketing campaigns.
  • Help partners resell seats from existing ATP’s class schedules or stand up their own delivery operations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless partner enablement, support, and success.
  • Track and report on partner pipeline, performance, and certification metrics.
  • Evangelize the AI+ certification path as a complement to vendor certs like Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA, and Google.
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years in partner/channel sales, ideally in EdTech, IT training, or certification
  • Experience selling to or working with training companies and academic institutions
  • Understanding of certifications, workforce skilling, and/or AI’s impact on the job market
  • Confident working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
