About the job

As the Partner Rewards Landing Manager, you will be the operational linchpin responsible for taking partner incentive concepts from the drawing board to global execution. Reporting into the Partner Solutions Design leadership, your primary mission is to translate high-impact incentive designs into operational reality. You will partner closely with Partner Rewards Design Leads (spanning GCP, GWS, Gemini Enterprise, and Security) to ingest newly designed rewards, build out their policy frameworks, and drive successful end-to-end global launches. This role is collaborative and cross-functional at the intersection of program strategy, systems readiness, and global enablement. You will ensure that both internal Google Cloud field teams (Partner Development Managers, Sellers, GTM teams) and external partner ecosystems have the tools, training, and clarity required to maximize the value of our investments and accelerate Google Cloud adoption. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. • Ensure incentive launches are tailored and clearly communicated across all customer segments—from high-touch Enterprise down to high-velocity Corporate and Small and Medium Business channels.
  • Document post-launch friction points, system bottlenecks, or unexpected policy ambiguities, driving rapid-response solutions with internal Engineering and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Build early-stage dashboards and track onboarding metrics, adoption velocity, and field feedback to measure the immediate success of program launches.
