Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Partner Relations Coordinator to develop and manage referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-care organizations. You will help grow census and quality mix by connecting with care providers and presenting resources to potential residents and families.

The role requires a passion for senior care, strong communication, and a proven track record in partner relations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, or related business field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the health care sector.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in partner relations.
• Proven success in developing referrals from healthcare target markets.
• Must demonstrate self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
• Must be a team player with ability to work internally and externally.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Partner Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for building referral source relationships in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community. You will work to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the health care sector
