Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a detail-oriented Partner Recruiting Assistant to support the Partner Recruiting team across offices. You will schedule interviews, arrange travel, onboard new hires, and prepare meeting materials while maintaining calendars and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of recruiting or administrative experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of recruiting or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arranging and scheduling lateral partner candidate interviews and meetings across offices, including maintaining calendars and appointment schedules, booking conference rooms and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist with travel arrangements and related expense invoices for lateral partner candidates and team members.
• Assist with arranging and scheduling lateral partner onboarding and orientation.
• Enter detailed applicant interview data into the firm’s applicant tracking system (VI/WAVE).
• Assist with general administrative duties.
