About This Opportunity

The Partner Program Director will support the creation, positioning, and implementation of partner programs and other channel-focused initiatives impacting the overall partner experience and portability.

Responsibilities include development, communication, management, and operations of channel-facing activities supporting the needs and goals of channel partners, channel leadership, and H2O overall.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail- and data-oriented, results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and possesses an executive presence.

This position is remote, with a strong preference for Austin, Texas. Travel required: 30%.

What You Will Do

  1. Lead day-to-day and improve sales channel initiatives.
  2. Drive partner revenue targets by qualifying Partner Lead opportunities.
  3. Align Partner Sales teams with H2O.ai teams.
  4. Prepare channel dashboards and analyze data points for sales teams and executive management, focusing on joint pipeline development and tracking.
  5. Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the partner experience, operationalize program frameworks & sales processes, and roll out channel offers and incentives.
  6. Support the global partner team and Marketing in program rollout and adoption.
  7. Build, deliver, and maintain program content and collateral (presentations, guides, bulletins, communications).
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to improve partner program processes and resolve issues. Manage, track, and report on initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain partner policies, processes, and systems (CRM, Salesforce).
  10. Capture, analyze, and report operational metrics; assist in onboarding new partners.
  11. Review partner experience across the Partner Journey to foster loyalty.
  12. Other partner-related duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales channel program and operations experience.
  • Strong background in Cloud/SaaS channel programs.
  • Experience with channel programs and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure, managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to channel operations and programs.
