Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts across biopharma.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on pricing, market access, value and reimbursement.
Lead high-impact market access engagements, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and continued project excellence.
Help shape the firm's US market presence, service offerings and long-term commercial strategy.
Attract, develop and mentor high-performing consultants, fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
Take responsibility for revenue generation, account growth, profitability and overall business performance.
Play an active role in leadership decisions, business development strategy and the long-term success of the firm.
