Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Employment Law Partner for PAGA Litigation in CA (REMOTE)

An established firm based in California with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Employment Law Partner with 8+ years of experience to join their team remotely (only 10% onsite). This Attorney will have extensive experience handling Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation, ensuring compliance with California labor laws while representing clients in class-action-style lawsuits, compliance audits, and advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PAGA-related cases and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law, PAGA, and related regulations.
• Represent clients in PAGA claims, negotiations, and litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions regarding employment issues.
• Mentor and train junior attorneys and staff within the practice area.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and PAGA litigation.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+yrs of experience in employment litigation defense with a focus on PAGA claims
• Proven track record in managing and litigating PAGA cases.
• Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Wage & Hour regulations, and related employment matters.
