The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing Telgian’s vendor partner network. This position is responsible for supporting partner recruitment, negotiating service agreements, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and resolving operational and performance-related issues.

This role serves as a key liaison between Telgian and its vendor partners, ensuring service quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards while driving continuous improvement across the network.

Position Summary

The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing Telgian’s vendor partner network. This position is responsible for supporting partner recruitment, negotiating service agreements, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and resolving operational and performance-related issues.

This role serves as a key liaison between Telgian and its vendor partners, ensuring service quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards while driving continuous improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new vendor partners across targeted geographic regions
  • Support evaluation of vendor capabilities, licensing, and service offerings
  • Help ensure new partners meet Telgian’s operational, compliance, and quality standards
Rate Management & Negotiation
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing rate agreements for new and existing vendor partners
  • Support negotiation of competitive pricing aligned with company margin targets
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and pricing improvements
Vendor Relationship
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendor partners
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendor-related communication and support
  • Promote alignment with Telgian’s expectations, processes, and service standards
Escalation & Issue Resolution
  • Manage and resolve vendor-related escalations, including:
    • Quality control concerns
    • Communication breakdowns
    • Payment-related issues
    • Project-specific challenges
  • Serve as a problem solver to ensure continuity of service and partner accountability
Quality Control & Compliance
  • Review vendor inspection reports and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry expectations
  • Identify trends in reporting or performance issues and implement corrective actions
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement, including:
    • IVR system compliance (check-in/check-out)
    • Documentation quality
    • Communication responsiveness
    • Overall service execution
  • Work directly with partners to address deficiencies and drive performance improvements
Project Support
  • Provide support on vendor-related aspects of projects, including coordination and issue resolution
  • Assist in ensuring vendors meet project timelines, scope, and service expectations
