Filevine is a Legal AI company seeking a Partner Onboarding Specialist to support Sales and Certified Implementation Partners. You will help ensure a successful start to implementation by aligning customer needs with the right partner and setting clear expectations and scope.

In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, validate quotes, reduce rework, and improve discovery. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment in Salt Lake City and collaborate with partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer success, implementation coordination, onboarding, or account management (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Experience cross‑functional with Sales, Implementation, and partners—pre/post‑sale contexts.
• Strong understanding of implementation scoping, partner models, and SOW validation.
• Proven ability to identify risk early and improve outcomes through process clarity and alignment.
• Highly organized with data tracking, reporting, and analytics skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing outcomes without direct ownership.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Legal industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to improve discovery quality before implementation.
• Document customer processes, technical landscape, requirements, and KPIs upfront.
• Validate implementation details by reviewing Sales and discovery calls before quotes.
• Help Sales and Partners align customers to the right implementation partner based on complexity.
• Validate SOWs to ensure scope aligns with discovery.
• Improve CIP quote accuracy by using complete discovery inputs.
• Address gaps earlier to reduce post‑quote discovery calls and rework.
• Guide partner selection based on compatibility for balanced distribution.
