NephrologyConnect in Fairhope, Alabama, seeks a full-time nephrologist to join a group of 3 providers and 2.5 NPs. You will provide comprehensive care for adult patients, collaborate with a team, and participate in a balanced call schedule.

The role offers a manageable lifestyle with a 1:4 call, generous time off, strong earning potential, and partnership opportunities. A $25,000 sign-on bonus and potential loan repayment are available.

Qualifications

• Relatable with good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a nephrology fellowship at an accredited program.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
• H1 sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nephrology care for adult patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the group’s call schedule and contribute to a balanced work-life dynamic.
