LeoForce, a premier New York matrimonial and family law firm, seeks a Matrimonial Partner to join our growing partnership. You will lead complex divorce and custody matters for ultra-high-net-worth clients and help shape the firm's strategic direction.

We offer a premium platform with top billing, a strong referral network, and autonomy in practice management. Candidates should have a J.D., NY Bar, 10+ years of high-stakes experience, and a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
• 10+ years of sophisticated matrimonial and family law experience.
• Significant first-chair experience handling complex divorce and custody litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise representing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills.
• Established referral network within the New York legal, financial, and private wealth communities.
• Portable book of business ($750,000+).

Responsibilities
