Do you have significant experience cultivating innovative marketing partnerships that drive business growth? Are you a strategic and resourceful business-minded marketer, skilled at driving collaboration with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure mutual success?We’re looking for a senior-level marketing leader with a deep understanding of what it takes to build and operationalize a global partner marketing program. As part of the Worldwide Commercial Marketing team and a trusted expert on Apple’s advertising solutions, the Partner Marketing Lead will bring focus, channel strategy, and executional excellence to scale business growth through partner-led marketing activities. As a hands-on manager, they will balance team leadership with individual contribution — helping to shape marketing initiatives and providing expert guidance to official Apple Ads partners. This person will also play a pivotal role in evaluating new market opportunities and coming up with innovative partnership ideas alongside the Business Development team. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:- Evaluating and launching new marketing partnerships- Building and maintaining productive relationships, while ensuring partners execute on strategies- Leading annual and quarterly marketing planning with senior partner contacts- Developing and managing co-marketing program- Guiding content strategy and asset development to support partners- Leading all aspects of the execution of partner-led marketing campaigns- Providing constructive and actionable feedback and collaborating across extended marketing, business, and legal teams inside and outside of Apple- Tracking key metrics and providing insights to optimize partner activities- Coaching and motivating direct reports- Moving with ease between a variety of responsibilities (e.g. presentations, project briefs, content toolkits and training, content creation and joint marketing activities, contract input, etc.)Strong partnership mindset, attention to detail, project and time management, and communication and interpersonal skills will be necessary for success in this role. Direct experience working for or with channel partners in the adtech or performance media space is beneficial.
