Job summary

Western Union Assistant Manager, Partner Marketing will support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of strategic retail partners, coordinating promotions and seasonal campaigns and gathering partner requirements for timely delivery.

The role also handles development and distribution of marketing materials, email campaigns, website updates, and in-store assets, ensuring brand alignment while managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, partnership marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects from concept through execution while managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience supporting partner marketing, in-store retail marketing, field marketing, or customer-facing programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across partner portfolio.
• Coordinate development, review, and distribution of marketing materials across partner channels.
• Assist with creative briefing, proofing, approvals, and production processes.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and status updates across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate project completion.
• Assist with tracking campaign execution and maintaining summary reports.
• Prepare presentations, project updates, and business reviews for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate printing, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Support inventory management for marketing collateral and promo materials.
